Flexible compressed air distribution – compact, modular and versatile
Key features and benefits:
- Self-closing 4 mm connections – unused outlets remain automatically closed.
- Modular and expandable – available in 10-, 20- and 40-outlet versions, expandable to 80 or 120 outlets.
- No additional blanking plugs required – for easy and tidy installation.
- Optional valve – for targeted pressurization and venting of defined compressed air circuits.
Our plastic distribution manifolds provide a compact and flexible solution for distributing compressed air to multiple outlets. The combination of self-closing fittings, modular expandability and optional pneumatic switching allows the system to be adapted to a wide range of applications.
Self-closing fittings for easy installation
A key feature of the distribution manifold is the self-closing fittings on the 4 mm outlets.
If no tube is connected, the respective outlet remains automatically closed. When a 4 mm tube is inserted, the passage opens and compressed air can flow in both directions.

This means that unused outlets remain automatically sealed. Additional blanking plugs are not required. This simplifies installation and ensures a clean and organized compressed air distribution system.
The compressed air inlet is designed as a fitting for an 8 mm tube. ausgeführt.
Modular expansion from 10 to 120 outlets
The distribution manifolds are available in 10-, 20- and 40-outlet versions. erhältlich.
For higher connection requirements, the 40-outlet plate forms the basis of our modular expansion system. Additional 40-outlet plates can be easily connected using a practical plug-in system.
This allows the following configurations:
- 40 outlets: 1 × 40-outlet plate
- 80 outlets: 2 × 40-outlet plates
- 120 outlets: 3 × 40-outlet plates

This flexible system allows the number of outlets to be adapted to the specific requirements and expanded whenever needed.
Optional valve for targeted compressed air control
For applications where not all outlets need to be supplied with compressed air simultaneously, an optional valve can be installed upstream of the 40-outlet base module.
This allows the 40-outlet distribution plate to be divided into different compressed air circuits:
- 2 circuits with a total of 20 outlets remain permanently pressurized.
- The third and fourth circuits, each with 10 outlets, are alternately pressurized and vented depending on the switching position of the valve.
By switching the valve, the two operating states can be selected as required. While one circuit is supplied with compressed air, the other is vented – and vice versa.
This configuration enables simple pneumatic switching of multiple outlets using a single upstream valve.

A flexible solution for a wide range of requirements
The plastic distribution manifolds combine compact design, easy installation and modular expandability. The self-closing connections simplify the use of individual outlets, while the plug-in system allows the number of connections to be expanded as required.
With the optional valve, the system can also be used in applications where defined compressed air circuits need to be selectively pressurized and vented.
From a compact single plate to a modular solution with targeted pneumatic switching – the plastic distribution manifold provides a flexible basis for clean, organized and demand-oriented compressed air distribution.
